Requirement for my screenshot tool: (ordered by importance)
- universal shortcut: not application dependent but can be used anywhere within the computer to capture screenshots
- layered annotation: annotations on screenshot can be modified even after adding different modifications on the screenshot
- shareable: the shortest effort made to share a unique link of the screenshot
- cross-platform: both PC and Mac need to be supported
- short link: the software provides a short link like bit.ly
- free: free version meets the above requirement
- redaction for privacy: convenient access to redaction tool exists

- add a shortcut to the Rectangle annotation tool for even faster access
